The "Benefits" feature presents a clear and organized display of all available benefits within your company and statuses of it’s request. Employees can easily explore the offerings, with each benefit tile clearly indicating its current status, telling them if the benefit was accepted, is in realization, or maybe canceled.

Seamless Benefit Creation for Admins

For managers and administrators, Humadroid offers a straightforward and efficient process for creating new benefits. By selecting "Create new benefit," admins can quickly add a new benefit by specifying a title, a brief description (if needed), and determining the benefit type:

1. Informational Benefits: These are automatically available to employees without requiring manager approval.
2. Subscription Benefits: These require manager approval and may necessitate additional actions by the responsible party before becoming active.

This flexibility allows you to customize the benefits available to your workforce, ensuring that employees receive the appropriate support and incentives.

The "Requests" view serves as a central hub for tracking benefit requests. Employees can easily monitor the status of all their requested benefits, while managers and admins have complete visibility into all benefits across the organization. Whether a benefit is active, pending in realization, or declined, the status is clearly displayed, making it easy to take necessary actions.
