Timesheet Management, Simplified: Track Project Hours with Ease

Log, Analyze, Optimize — Streamlining Your Time Management

Tracking project hours can often be inconvenient and prone to errors. The Timesheet feature is designed to simplify this process, making it transparent, efficient, and user-friendly for both employees and managers. From logging to analyzing, monitor every hour spent on projects in a single platform. Say goodbye to manual entries and scattered data—welcome to a streamlined process that saves time, reduces errors, and enhances transparency.

Effortless Tracking of Hours

Employees can log their working hours directly in the system, selecting the relevant project and specifying the time spent. Managers have access to recorded hours, allowing them to review, approve, and analyze logged time. All data is stored in one place, ensuring clarity in project time tracking.

Users can choose between manual time entry or an automatic timer to track their work hours. To save time on repetitive tasks, you can just copy any  previous clock-ins, reducing the need for repeated manual input.

Easy and fast clocking for employees

Once a work is done, your employees can update their Timesheet easily with only 3 clicks:

  1. Pick a project from the list where you see projects only assigned to you
  2. Define duration
  3. Click “Add,” and that’s it!

Project Management Made Simple

With the Timesheet feature, you can create projects and assign team members. Each team member can then log their hours worked on specific projects, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Thanks to enhanced tracking and seamless integration, project progress is now easier to monitor than ever before.

Project Budgeting and Cost Tracking

Each project can have a defined budget, set in a chosen currency. By default, the account’s currency is used, but managers can adjust it if needed. Additionally, a monthly spending limit can be established, helping to control costs over time.

When assigning team members to a project, managers can set individual hourly rates for each person. This allows for real-time cost tracking, showing how much of the budget has been utilized based on logged hours. These budgeting tools help maintain financial control and ensure project profitability.

Reporting

The reporting feature provides a centralized view of all logged work hours across the organization. Managers can track the total hours reported by employees, ensuring transparency in time allocation and resource utilization.

Additionally, the project-specific breakdown allows for deeper analysis of work distribution. By reviewing hours used per project, managers can identify which projects require more time, where adjustments might be necessary, and assess employee availability for new tasks.

Reports can be filtered by date range, individual employees, user groups, or specific projects, allowing for customized data analysis to support better decision-making.

Two charts are visible: the first shows hours logged per employee using bar graphs, while the second represents hours reported per day as a line chart. A tooltip highlights the total hours logged by a specific employee. The left-side navigation menu provides access to other sections, such as Dashboard, Absences, Calendar, and Timesheet.
