This means that if you or your employees have additional questions or need more context regarding a submitted request, you can leave comments directly under the relevant request. No more hunting through emails or messages—everything is right where you need it, enhancing communication and ensuring all queries and clarifications are documented and easily accessible.
But that’s not all. All your threads are also gathered together in a sidebar, giving you a bird’s-eye view of every conversation you’re part of. The Threads Panel provides a complete history of all threads you’re involved in, offering a comprehensive view of all discussions. This makes it super easy to catch up on messages, respond quickly, and stay on top of what’s going on, all without jumping around the app. It ensures that no critical information is overlooked and keeps everything organized and at your fingertips.
