Custom Absence Policies

  • Assign a unique name to each policy and set the number of days allocated.
  • Decide if the policy should be automatically applied to all employees or manually assigned.
  • Set expiration rules for unused days and enable automatic renewals on a defined schedule, such as monthly or annually.
  • Access a detailed settings overview, showing how many employees are assigned to each policy. This makes it easy to spot any discrepancies and ensure that every team member has the appropriate leave allocation – whether it’s for vacation days or special rewards for exceptional performance.

TimeSheet Copy Feature

Say goodbye to repetitive entries! We’ve introduced a copy feature to the TimeSheet functionality, allowing users to duplicate previous clock-ins for their projects. This means no more manual input of the same data every time – just copy and get back to focusing on what matters.

Enhanced Absence Requests

Requesting time off just got smarter! Users can now see a real-time simulation of their available days when making an absence request.

  • For example, if you’re using a monthly accrual system, the simulation will show the exact balance of days available for the requested period. This is particularly helpful when planning leave months in advance, so users can avoid confusion about their balances.
  • Even if no days are available at the start of the year, employees will see how many days they’ll have accrued by the time of their requested absence – giving them more confidence and clarity when making plans.

Bug Fixes

  • Reimbursement UI
    We resolved an issue where the filter fields for status and category would break the layout after editing. The UI is now stable, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience when managing reimbursements.
